3.2 Members are responsible for providing accurate personal information during registration, including legal name, date of birth, address, and contact details. pdn99 may require documentary verification of any information provided.
3.3 Members are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password. pdn99 employees will never ask for your password. Any loss arising from unauthorised account access attributable to member negligence is the member's sole responsibility.
3.4 Members must notify pdn99 immediately at [email protected] if they suspect their account has been accessed without authorisation.
3.5 Account credentials may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party.
4.1 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and reversal of funds.
4.2 pdn99 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), though the Member's payment provider may apply their own charges. pdn99 is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment processors.
4.3 Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframes published in the Platform's banking section. Standard Touch n Go eWallet and Boost withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days.
4.4 pdn99 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing withdrawal requests. Members may be required to submit identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
4.5 Funds deposited into a pdn99 account must be used for gaming purposes. Deposits that are withdrawn without sufficient gaming activity may be treated as money passing activity and investigated accordingly.
4.6 pdn99 reserves the right to reverse deposits and close accounts if there is reason to believe that payment methods are being used fraudulently.
5.1 All promotional bonuses, free spins, and credits offered by pdn99 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published alongside the offer and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits are stated in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 pdn99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, including after a Member has claimed a bonus, where pdn99 reasonably suspects abuse of promotional terms or where system errors have resulted in unintended bonus awards.
5.4 Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim multiple sign-up bonuses, coordinated wagering to exploit bonus structures, or pattern betting designed to circumvent wagering requirements, will result in forfeiture of bonuses and may result in account closure.
5.5 Promotional offers may not be combined unless explicitly stated. In the event of conflicting promotion terms, the most recently published terms shall take precedence.
6.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pdn99 platform. Members found in violation of any of the following may have their accounts suspended or permanently closed and balances forfeited:

7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or software error that affects the outcome of a game, pdn99 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return stakes to the Member's account. Winnings generated from a demonstrably malfunctioning game will not be honoured.
7.4 pdn99 reserves the right to void bets placed on events where pdn99 has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of the event has been compromised, including through match-fixing or any other form of manipulation.
8.1 All content on the pdn99 platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, text, and data compilations, is the property of pdn99 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit reproduction, distribution, modification, or public display of any Platform content.
8.3 The pdn99 name, logo, and all related marks are registered or unregistered trademarks of pdn99. Use of any pdn99 mark without express written authorisation is prohibited.
9.1 pdn99 provides the Service on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pdn99 makes reasonable efforts to maintain continuous availability, we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects.
9.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pdn99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with a Member's use of, or inability to use, the Service.
9.3 pdn99's total liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Member in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.4 pdn99 is not responsible for any losses arising from a Member's failure to comply with responsible gaming guidelines, or for decisions made by a Member under the influence of alcohol or any other substance.
10.1 pdn99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, including where pdn99 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, or any other activity that pdn99 considers harmful to the Platform or its members.
10.2 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, existing balances will be held and not disbursed until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation results in a finding of Terms breach, pdn99 reserves the right to forfeit the balance.
10.3 A Member may request closure of their account at any time by contacting pdn99 support. Requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the Member's registered payment method after verification.
10.4 Members who have opted for self-exclusion may not circumvent the exclusion by requesting account closure and re-registration. Self-exclusion is intended as a protective measure and pdn99 will decline re-registration requests from self-excluded members during the exclusion period.
11.1 Internal Complaints. In the first instance, any complaint or dispute should be submitted to pdn99 support via the live chat function or by email to [email protected]. pdn99 will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and aim to resolve them within 10 business days.
11.2 Escalation. If a dispute is not resolved to the Member's satisfaction through the internal complaints process, the Member may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution service operated by pdn99's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation process are available upon request from pdn99 support.
11.3 Transaction Records. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome or transaction, pdn99's server logs and transaction records shall be the primary reference. Members acknowledge that these records represent the authoritative record of all activity on the Platform.
12.1 pdn99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory direction.
12.2 The version and effective date of the current Terms are displayed at the top of this page. Members are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after any amended Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.3 If a Member does not accept any amended Terms, they must cease using the Service and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.3 above.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pdn99 holds its principal gaming licence.
13.2 The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the process described in Section 11, subject to pdn99's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
13.3 Nothing in these Terms shall restrict pdn99's right to seek emergency relief from any competent court to prevent or restrain a breach of these Terms.
